Build+Balance w/ Clinton and Jenny
Join us for a unique one-hour collaboration between local health and fitness professionals.
Clinton will lead a hypertrophy-focused resistance training session, teaching the fundamentals of building muscle with proper form and staple barbell and dumbbell exercises. His session is perfect for anyone looking to improve their physique and maximize results through intentional, evidence-based training.
Jenny will guide you through core-strengthening movements before transitioning into a yoga-inspired flow to enhance flexibility and mobility. The workout will close with a meditative cooldown, leaving you balanced and refreshed.
Check-in begins at 11:15 AM, where participants can confirm payment and waivers (Genesis members are exempt) and grab a drink or receive a voucher for later use. Drinks are provided by Tara from Forward Nutrition, who offers energizing smoothies and teas. After the workout, participants can mingle and enjoy refreshments.

As a trainer, Clinton specializes in guiding individuals toward measurable improvements in body recomposition, focusing on building muscle and managing body fat to enhance their physique. His approach emphasizes evidence-based hypertrophy principles, designed to drive meaningful change with a focus on aesthetics.
Clinton is also the creator of The Founded Framework, a system inspired by his own journey to simplify personal growth. By setting clear priorities, overcoming distractions and limiting beliefs, and leveraging resources effectively, the framework offers a practical approach to bridging the gap between aspirations and tangible progress.
Tara Casey
Tara is passionate about helping others feel confident, energized, and empowered on their health and wellness journeys. Drawing from her own experiences, she has created Forward Nutrition, a welcoming space where you can enjoy nourishing smoothies, energizing teas, and other health-boosting products.
Tara also offers personalized wellness coaching to guide others in setting and achieving meaningful lifestyle goals. From building healthier habits and fueling their bodies to finding balance and fulfillment, Tara provides support every step of the way. Whether you’re looking for guidance or just need a boost, Tara is here to help you feel your best.
Jenny Smith
Jenny has been a dedicated fitness instructor at Genesis Health Clubs since 2020, bringing energy and expertise to every class she leads. She is certified in Power®, a strength training workout utilizing barbells, Centergy®, a dynamic blend of yoga and Pilates, and Barre, a ballet-inspired workout.
Jenny believes that fitness should be enjoyable, and her goal is to help others become both “muscle strong” and “movement strong” while having fun along the way. With her passion for health and wellness, she is committed to empowering individuals to take care of their bodies and embrace a lifetime of movement and strength.
