The Founded Framework provides consulting, development, coaching, and app review services. Service details, pricing, and deliverables are as described on our website at the time of purchase or booking.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All paid services (App Reviews, Consulting Sessions) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. If we are unable to deliver a service, a full refund will be issued. Booking cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not be charged.
App Reviews include a recorded walkthrough with UX feedback, feature suggestions, and action items. Reviews are delivered within 48 hours of payment. The review reflects our honest professional opinion and is intended as guidance — implementation of suggestions is at your discretion.
Bookings are subject to availability. You may cancel or reschedule using the link provided in your confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings with reasonable notice.

The Founded Framework provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
